Waterfront 2-bedroom condo with stunning views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. It may well be one of the best locations in Seattle. Take advantage of being close to some of the best things Seattle has to offer, with a recently remodeled home base to return to at the end of the day. Relax on the couch and enjoy the cozy ambiance from the indoor fireplace after sightseeing. And the redone deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The space

Arguably one of the best locations in Seattle! Take advantage of the close proximity to Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, Ferris wheel on the waterfront, Harbor Cruises, Waterfront walk, Pier 62, Cruise Ship dock, Bell Harbor Marina, sailboat tours, and ferries. There are also a number of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.

Our 2 bedrooms unit has just completed a high-end remodel which included a complete redo of the kitchen. Make use of this stunning remodel and fall in love with cooking, or just pretend and order take out! The space is equipped with a small office area, making this the perfect spot for work from home professionals looking for a change of scenery.

Master Bedroom has a King bed and Guest Bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed.

Your apartment is part of an HOA community and guests will have access to community amenities such as hot tub, gym, rooftop, BBQ area. Please note that we can't guarantee building amenities availability and operation during your stay.

PARKING:
*Two assigned parking spaces in the garage available for guest use. Garage clicker is required for entry.
*Street parking is available, metered parking with Mobil App usage. Please read street signs for parking regulations and restrictions to avoid ticketing.

ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES
Please follow the rules below so you do not get a fine!
1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)

2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

***IMPORTANT** - Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.

You will be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we will send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available. Thanks in advance.

Other things to note

HOME TRUTHS:
-It is a city apartment, you can hear traffic noise, music on Pier 62, and marina activities on the waterfront. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed. And opening the windows is not needed as the unit has an HVAC.
-The hot water to the master bathroom shower has to be left on for a bit before taking a shower.
-There is currently a lot of construction going on in the area. Guests will likely have to walk through and around construction to access Seattle sites.
-Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the patio.
-While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in needs to be in-person and between 4-9pm.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25

-HOA of the Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-Absolutely NO Smoking of ANY substance on property, inside and out on the patio. No warning required for a fine.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
