PET POLICY:
-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
-One adult dog up to 30lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

- **Karen**: "Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to several cleanliness concerns. Upon arrival, we found stained towels and, most concerning, a used Band-Aid in one of the beds. These issues made us question the overall cleaning and inspection process before check-in. To the host's credit, they were responsive when concerns were raised and did provide a small refund to acknowledge the inconvenience, which was appreciated. However, what was especially disappointing was being contacted after the stay and asked to reimburse the host for allegedly soiled linens and several other items. Given the condition of some of the linens when we arrived, I do not believe these charges are justified. While I appreciate the host's communication and willingness to offer a minor refund, the cleanliness issues and subsequent reimbursement claims significantly impacted my overall experience. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this property and am leaving a two-star review." (4/5)

- **Breanna**: "The home worked perfectly for our family of four- the beach was a short walk, all beach accessories were conveniently provided along with a wagon, the sandbox was a great feature to keep our kiddos playing when we were home, and they had a nice variety of cookware (I was especially happy to use the cast iron pans). Only thing I would note, is that the indoor shower is pretty small- that said, we’re not petite people and we’ve come to expect small showers when visiting vintage houses that maintain much of the original features- which I did love! For example the vintage door handles were darling! The original wood panel closets and the wood ceiling were addition features that I admired. All said it was a great trip and they were great hosts!"
