The apartment matched the photos. It had coloured linens and towels were grey and worn. I prefer white linens in shared spaces, as they make it easier to assess cleanliness. I requested white sheets and towels before check-in, the host confirmed, yet didn’t follow through. I noticed upon arrival, and had to go to Target to buy my own. A simple heads-up would have let me come prepared. They apologized, asked for receipts to reimburse me, and then went silent. There was also no functioning vacuum. As someone who likes to keep a clean space, I requested one on day three of my stay and in the three weeks I stayed, It never came. During a three-day trip mid-stay, the host also volunteered to clean the apartment. I returned to find it untouched. The space itself is lovely, but this host makes commitments they don’t keep. Three separate dropped promises over three weeks left a clear impression of indifference toward guest needs.

Great stay, fully equipped kitchen and the hot tub was fantastic. Would definitely return!

Incredible location ! If you want to be near pike place market and the waterfront, this is the place to stay. Very walkable. Felt safe. The communication was prompt and helpful.

This is a tough review to write. The space was very cute and in the lovely, quiet hills. It was relaxing and clean. Management and communication was great (at first). The problem was re occurring WiFi issues that began a couple of weeks into my 3 month stay. I work remotely and losing service unexpectedly and often became quite an issue that no one was able to resolve…. I missed meetings and deadlines trying to adjust to the inconsistent service. Despite being very vocal, there seemed to be little urgency or action taken. Communication became more and more difficult and frustrating. I ended up purchasing a WiFi hotspot which they re imbursed me for (but had to be refilled 3 times). Towards the end of my trip, there was work done to the main house that left fumes in the home/vents for the final 2 weeks. I found myself sleeping at friends houses by the end of it. What started as a lovely escape became incredibly and increasingly stressful.

This place was wonderful! Had lots of fun with the family at the pool. The host was very friendly and did answer questions right away. I will definitely come back
