This place was very well kept and had a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property had some strict rules that made us a little nervous that we could be charged if our kids made some noise or left a door open but everything worked out great and had no issues. Overall a great experience! I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was so perfect! Safe and fun neighborhood. Beautiful scenery, very private and quiet. The home has an easy, livable layout. Don't miss spending time in the outside "living room"! It was outstanding and such a fun amenity during the stay. We loved watching TV while our son played basketball right next to us! The master bathroom and shower is huge and so comfortable. Very comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked kitchen. Our son found a goldmine of toys in his bedroom and he spent hours playing with everything. There was every fun board game for the family to play. We could have been entertained for weeks at this home, and we were sad when the stay was over! It was nice to have a garage (be sure to bring a car that's on the smaller side.) Our Audi Q5 fit perfectly. Very responsive host. Our favorite part was the location! There was a playground, gelato shop, market, and 6 great restaurants all within a 5 minute walk! No need to drive anywhere. We can't wait to come back!

This is a dreamy and peaceful little retreat just a short walk from great shops and restaurants. The house was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed; the backyard and pool were beautifully maintained and perfect for hot afternoons; and the location is a perfect balance of a quiet street close to action. We didn't have any issues, but the hosts were very communicative sharing proactive guidance. Highly recommend!

Super cute spot and great location! The house was perfect for a medium sized group. Being able to walk to the beach and town was definitely worth it since the parking is very limited by the beach and in town. Safeway was also right around the corner. Also, it was nice to have the golf course right there to get a round in the morning or evening. Hosts were great at checking in to make sure we were comfortable. I would stay again and would recommend to others :)

The apartment was really cute and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The location was conveniently located across the street from a lovely diner and close to other grocery stores, bars and restaurants if you want to go explore. If you want to feel like you've stepped into a mid century modern Palm Springs hotel from the 60s (this was in fact once a well known favorite for many celebrities who wanted to escape Hollywood for a little vacay), this location will be perfect - complete with a big pool, multiple jacuzzis, outdoor grills, and vintage lobby containing the same design motif from the original hotel. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time overall.

Lovely stay at this Airbnb hosted by Air Concierge. Compact one bed accommodation which suited us as a couple perfectly. Very private despite city suburb location. Third person can be accommodated but makes things a little tight space wise. Amenities and services all on site as listed with decent size fridge, washing machine and coffee maker. The location of this Air bnb in North Park is ideal to access San Diego’s main attractions - including being minutes drive from Balboa park. Safe, friendly area with range of food options close by and brewery one street over. We had a rental car and the off street parking with this property made it a stand out for us as on street parking is limited. Ease of communication, self check-in facilitated for late flight arrival and self check-out all five star. Would definitely stay here again if returning to San Diego.

Amazing place - host communicated in a very timely manner and the location was as good as it gets. Backyard was not nearly as noisy as expected being close to a busy street. Only feedback is one of the bedrooms had poor air circulation and we sometimes had difficulty sleeping - recommended to host on getting another AC unit for that room or additional fans to enable better circulation. Overall great stay!
