Great stay and great host! Will be back and hope to stay there again!

Fantastic location that’s conveniently right next to Old Town with lots of privacy to make you feel more like you’re in a relaxing getaway and not in the middle of a touristy downtown area. Beautiful property with a nice patio area for hanging out. Street parking only, but we never struggled to find a spot, even on a busy summer weekend. The limited counter space in the bathroom and the pullout sofa were both a little tricky to deal with, but all in all, the place was perfect for our short trip and the price/value for everything you get (with great service from the owners) can’t be beat.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The views were beautiful, and the home was clean, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return.

This cozy studio has everything that you need in an efficient space. Very clean and well appointed, and it was super convenient to have the parking garage below the building (even if the spaces were ridiculously tight). My teenage daughter gave it high marks for the Native bath products. We enjoyed the easy walk over to Seattle Center as well the owner's recommended cafes and restaurants. It also has a mobile AC unit, which helped to cool the unit down in the evening. One recommendation would be for some darker shades or blackout curtains. It became very bright, very early during the summer days. Nonetheless, it is a great studio apartment.

Overall, a great stay. The home sits at an ideal location in Silverlake with easy access (via short ~5 min drive) to Sunset, Echo Park, Atwater Village. Having a garage on-site made parking super easy. While the bed + air mattress worked perfect for our stay, I would suggest reading the accomodation details to make sure that the sleeping situation makes sense for your stay

Was worried as first time I have reserved through a “company” and not a private individual as we are an older couple. My fears were immediately allayed, communication was great (almost instantly) any enquiry I had was dealt with professionally and with a human touch. This included an early check in as we arrived on an early flight. Air Concierge are a company that can be trusted with a very personal touch that not every host has. The home itself was everything we could have wanted in a quiet location with the communal swimming pool next door. The location was close to everything, stores, restaurants and beaches, Strand beach being on the doorstep. The home had everything required for a long stay (we were there for four weeks) I would not hesitate in booking again with Air Concierge an excellent company with a very human touch. A 5 star company, they should be proud of themselves
