Loved staying here! Perfect location and conveniently located within walkable distance to major areas. They were very proactive and gave clear instructions/directions before check in.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and we absoluetly love it. The entire Ocotillo Lodge is just fantastic.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle. The unit was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. It was also thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home during our trip. One of our favorite features was the central A/C, which kept the condo comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and Pike Place Market. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience made this an excellent home base for exploring the city. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

Had an incredible stay for a long-weekend. Air Concierge was incredibly proactive, always reachable, and helpful whenever i needed to contact them. The place is very well maintained with great amenities, and exactly as represented in the listing. would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected. The property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard at check-in, with sticky kitchen floors and cabinet handles that required a return cleaning visit. The TV, a listed amenity, did not work for the entire stay. We spent considerable time following troubleshooting instructions from the host, but no technician ever arrived and the issue was never resolved. We were later told their team would not be returning to address it. Communication was responsive at times, but there were repeated delays, missed follow-ups, and poor coordination. For a two-night stay, these issues had a significant impact on the overall experience. Additionally, a booking incentive that was discussed prior to the reservation was never ultimately applied. The property may be fine when everything is working properly, but based on our experience, management and quality control need improvement.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home with our 2 teenage sons and had an amazing time. It was big enough for us to spread out and each have our own ensuite bathroom. (Which is huge when you travel with teenage boys). The house is very peaceful and private, with a well stocked kitchen. And if you don't feel like cooking, we found great restaurants right at the bottom of the hill. The location was convenient in general. Equally close to West LA/Santa Monica and hipster downtown. My favorite place was the balcony off the primary bedroom. The view is incredible. I would have my morning coffee out there with the birds chirping. It felt like a little bit of paradise in the middle of Los Angeles. It feels very secluded but it's close to everything. My wife loved the quiet office where she could get work done before we headed out for the day. The boys enjoyed the fast internet. We will definitely stay there again!

Really great accommodation. We stayed with a group of 3 and we had plenty of space to move around. There were all kinds of dishes and appliances in the kitchen and seasonings and oil so we could cook as well. They provided 6-7 beach towels and ~5 beach chairs and sand toys. Parking spot, AC, fans in every room, lamps, plenty of outlets, large mirrors, lots of closet space, luggage racks, plenty of tables/counter space to put your stuff on, plenty of seating…all little things that made our stay as convenient as possible. The hosts were very responsive and professional throughout our stay. Great area too - small beach town vibes. Would 100% recommend!
