My family of 5 stayed here for our LA vacation and it was truly an amazing cozy experience. This home is beautiful and located in the historic Franklin hills, so there is Los feliz and silver lake in the immediate area which is amazing. The space itself was immaculate, easy to find, and peaceful. My family and I can’t wait to come back. 5 stars

My friends and family got this Airbnb for the weekend. It was very relaxing and the pool was perfect for the hot weather! The host responded supper quickly and was very accommodating. Everything was perfect!

This place was absolutely stunning. We stayed there as a corporate retreat and we had more than enough room for the whole team to work, cook, brainstorm, play games, etc. all without feeling crowded. The setting is just, wow. I’ve been dreaming of moving to Malibu ever since. Will plan to come back for next year’s offsite without question. Oh also, was hesitant to book due to some of the earlier negative reviews but the host was truthful in saying issues had been addressed. It was a flawless stay.

This was a freakin' fantastic spot. The reviews and listing did not lie. Amazing view, plenty of space for 3 families and 2 extra adults and a huge backyard for the kids. I liked that it was a quick drive or train ride to the downtown area but we still had our private, quiet home to retreat to. Everything was spotless, so many thoughtful details (that I will copy for our home) and a very responsive host. The only thing we were not so happy about was the trash piled beyond the bins and it scattering everywhere as well as bringing in the crows but it was far enough away from the house. The host seemed responsive to this. There's also a train that goes by but its pretty far away. I'd come back to this house no questions asked. Thank you!

The cottage was a lovely place to stay in Pacific Beach. Having a designated parking space was a huge bonus as street parking is difficult to find. The hosts were very responsive and the cottage was as pictured and clean.

This studio rental was really wonderful. It was everything promised and more! It felt both roomy and cozy at the same time. The bathroom is beautiful. The shower is elegant with both a rain shower shower head and a wonderful large hand held shower head- both with great water pressure. There is a large soaking tub with packets of bath minerals provided. There are double sinks in a long beautiful white counter with mirrors and lots of of storage. The closet is great. Large with plenty of drawers & shelves for clothes, shoes, and anything else you brought with you. There is a very nice outdoor area to hang out in, have morning coffee or afternoon wine. Initially we only had one outdoor chair and as soon as we asked about it, a second chair - both now with cushions appeared. This is a great find. We will definitely return here again & again!

Great spot. Blocks away from balboa park and great food. Unit is tucked away and has a peaceful backyard. Very great experience, will definitely be back.

We enjoyed staying in this house. We have a three year old and there was so much for him to do. We liked the kids room with lots of books along with the play ground with water table in the back yard. The fence around the pool was great as well. Would stay here again.
