Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to several cleanliness concerns. Upon arrival, we found stained towels and, most concerning, a used Band-Aid in one of the beds. These issues made us question the overall cleaning and inspection process before check-in. To the host's credit, they were responsive when concerns were raised and did provide a small refund to acknowledge the inconvenience, which was appreciated. However, what was especially disappointing was being contacted after the stay and asked to reimburse the host for allegedly soiled linens and several other items. Given the condition of some of the linens when we arrived, I do not believe these charges are justified. While I appreciate the host's communication and willingness to offer a minor refund, the cleanliness issues and subsequent reimbursement claims significantly impacted my overall experience. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this property and am leaving a two-star review.

Loved staying here! Perfect location and conveniently located within walkable distance to major areas. They were very proactive and gave clear instructions/directions before check in.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and we absoluetly love it. The entire Ocotillo Lodge is just fantastic.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle. The unit was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. It was also thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home during our trip. One of our favorite features was the central A/C, which kept the condo comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and Pike Place Market. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience made this an excellent home base for exploring the city. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

I think Jennifer's review was pretty accurate. Great location (walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops) and great view, but the place needs some attention. Lots of stains on the walls and more paint chips than I expected (I have reasonable expectations after staying at many airbnbs - I don't expect perfection). Cleanliness was ok, but there was some dust, and the outside furniture was pretty nasty. Some things (besides the hot tub and steam shower) need fixing. Note also that the property is on quite a busy street. At night it wasn't noisy, but during the day the sound of traffic drowned out the sound of the waves from the beach. I think if someone reads these reviews and has appropriate expectations, this will be a very good place to stay.

The TV, a listed amenity, did not work for the entire stay. We spent considerable time following troubleshooting instructions from the host, but no technician ever arrived and the issue was never resolved. We were later told their team would not be returning to address it. Communication was responsive at times, but there were repeated delays, missed follow-ups, and poor coordination. For a two-night stay, these issues had a significant impact on the overall experience. Additionally, a booking incentive that was discussed prior to the reservation was never ultimately applied. The property may be fine when everything is working properly, but based on our experience, management and quality control need improvement.
