Perfect for a couples getaway, or a family looking to enjoy their trip here in Socal.
 

The space

The home offers plenty of living space so you and your family can be close while on vacation, but also have your space.
 

Depending on your time of stay, the orange trees offer fresh oranges you can eat for breakfast, and add to your bag as a snack! The owners do ask, however, NOT to pick if they are green. They will not taste as good =)

Other things to note

**Important:

- Washer and Dryer: Please choose the laundry size that most closely resembles the load size (small for small). If, for example, you choose “large”but have a “small” load, the water will leak out the top of the washer.

- Back patio door is locked by pulling the handle up, then turning the lock knob to the left; if locked, you can’t push down the handle.

- The bathtub in the Master bathroom does NOT work (the stand-alone shower is perfectly fine, though). Please do NOT try to use the tub.

- Sprinklers are automatic, 3 days a week around 9:30pm for an hour.

Additional rules

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. 

- Primary renter must be over the age of 25. 

- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. 

- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

You must also acknowledge

Amenity limitations — The bathtub in the Master bathroom does NOT work (the stand-alone shower is perfectly fine, though). Please do NOT try to use the tub.

Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
