Our goal is to make your getaway very special and memorable.
Skylights throughout make this upstairs one level unit light & bright! It's also very spacious (1,060 sq.ft.) and has one Master bedroom with en suite bathroom + one guest bedroom and one guest bath (outside bedroom).
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the sofa in the living room turns into a Queen bed for extra sleeping space for families with kids. The master suite has walk in closet, dual sinks, custom walk in shower with skylight, Smart TV with Cable and private balcony that overlooks surrounding neighborhood where you can enjoy some outdoor dining or just soak up the San Diego sunshine! Guest bedroom does NOT have TV.
While there are plenty of dining options all within walking distance, the space boosts a fully equipped kitchen with skylight, double door refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and some kitchen basics for your convenience. The dining table seats 4 and offers a cozy space for some fresh coffee or a nice home made dinner. Kitchen counter has space for 2 more.
Charming living room with a comfortable sofa and gas fireplace (detailed safety and use instructions in guest guidebook) to relax after a day at the beach. Living room TV has Amazon Fire Stick and Cable for entertainment. And if you're not really into watching TV you will find some games for a fun Game Night!
The condo has central Heating/AC, and in unit washer and dryer. *Please use small loads only for washer/dryer. Ceiling Fans in Living Room and Master Bedroom and floor fan in Guest Bedroom if you don't want/need to turn on AC.
Last but (definitely) not the least, various beach accessories are available for you to use: beach wagon, umbrella, boogie board, cooler and beach towels.

This is the perfect spot to experience San Diego without any stress. It is a one of a kind, relaxed, non-touristy community and at the same time we are a 10-minute (3 mi.) drive from airport and 15 minutes (7.5 mi.) from Downtown.
1 single parking spot in garage. Please note that garage is extremely narrow and your car might not fit, if that is the case, you can park in the driveway right behind your garage door.
Street parking is available but it can get crowded in the summer and on weekends.
Other things to note
*Being so close to the airport, you will hear planes taking off. They start around 6:30 am and stop at about 11 pm.
*Please put all trash inside plastic trash bags before depositing in garbage bin.
*Please use small loads only for washer/dryer.
*Condo is part of a 4-unit gated building. Your condo does not face the street and is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
*Garage is extremely narrow. If your car does not fit in, you can park outside in the driveway right behind your garage door.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
