Stay in this spacious 2-story home and live like a true local in San Jose. Our light and bright home comes with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very high living room ceilings with decorative fireplace, full kitchen, washer, dryer, private patio and garage parking for 2 cars.

We are within walking distance to Santana Row, where you'll enjoy shopping, dining, and experience different local events. Great access to 880 and 280 freeways. Near Apple headquarters (6 miles).

The space

Great open space. Great location. Shops, restaurants, bars, Santana Row Park available just next door. The development is called The Villas at Santana Row. Conveniently located at Santa Clara / San Jose border at intersections of 880 and 280. Westfield Valley Fair Mall just 2 blocks away. San Jose Airport less than 5 miles away.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home except for one locked bedroom. Otherwise the place is yours!

► TV in the Living Room with Roku. Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out at the end of your stay.
► Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the unit.
► Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience and dining area that seats 6.
► Central Heating and Air Conditioning controlled by Smart Thermostat.
► Washer and Dryer available for your convenience.
► Private patio.
► Indoor Fireplace is decorative only.
► Garage parking with space for 2 cars.
► Street parking available one block away. Always read signs, especially for street cleaning schedule to avoid ticketing. Please do not leave anything in your cars and make sure to lock your car.
► Children Welcome. We provide a Pack n Play and a high chair. Please note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Please respect check-in and checkout times.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.

-Absolutely no parties or loud music.

-This is a NON-SMOKING property.

-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

You must also acknowledge

-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
