Located in a desirable Victoria Park neighborhood, this Palm Springs home is just minutes away from Downtown, making it a prime location. This light, airy and colorful relaxing retreat in Palm Springs is the perfect getaway for the entire family to enjoy. The immaculate exterior of this home will have you in awe. Bask in the breathtaking mountain views from the gorgeously landscaped backyard, complete with a sparkling pool, outdoor dining area, and plenty of space for games and relaxation. Utilize the grill to prepare a poolside BBQ, followed by games and lounging under the desert sun.

The inside of the home is vibrant and welcoming, showcasing a modern and spacious feel. Enjoy laminate hardwood flooring, double-pane windows and a spacious open floor plan. Cooking can be a chore, let alone while on vacation. Our home is equipped with your basic necessities to alleviate the hassle of it all. With white shaker cabinets, quarts countertops and updated appliances you may just discover a new love for cooking!

There are 3 bedrooms available for guests, among them you will find two Queen beds and one King bed. The Master Bedroom features the King bed, and has access to the patio! In total there are 2 full bathrooms with large walk-in showers and stylish vanities. This is the perfect choice for your next getaway to paradise in Palm Springs!

*4 TVs in the Living Room, Master and Guest Bedrooms where you can access streaming apps. Netflix account available for guests use. For other apps, please log into your own streaming account and don’t forget to log out from your account at the end of your stay.
*Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the home.
*Games and books provided for additional guest entertainment.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
*Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker + pods, Toaster, Blender, Silverware, Glassware, Dinnerware, Wine Glasses and Wine Opener, Pantry Items (Salt, Pepper, Seasonings), Pots and Pans, Cooking Utensils, Serving Bowls and Utensils, Hot Water Kettle
*Indoor dining area seats 8 (4 at the dining table + 4 at the kitchen counter)

UTILITIES:
*Central Heating and A/C controlled by Nest Thermostat
*Guests won’t be able to set the AC thermostat below 75F (cooling) since this would freeze and damage the system.
*Ceiling fan in living room, master and guest bedrooms and portable fans are also available
*Washer and Dryer in the garage for your convenience

*Private Pool (heating for an extra fee)

*Pool is not heated in the Summer months. In other months renter has to request/hire pool heating in advance at an additional cost (check “Other Things to Note” section for more information)
*Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.

It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

Please keep the BBQ grill away from the house and do not use it under any roof covering or umbrella.

*1 car may park in the driveway, and 2 vehicles may park on the street. Do not block driveways, mail boxes or street access.
*Garage is not available for guests use. Garage door is locked.

Other things to note

HOME TRUTHS:
*Airplane noise is regular during the day, but the backyard is mostly a peaceful slice of paradise with perfect landscaping and mountain views.
*Always open the primary bathroom window when showering so steam exits the room, there is no exhaust fan.
*Outdoor cameras: Front Ring doorbell. Side camera pointing to gate and trash cans only.

KEY VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS:
‐ A written rental agreement is required prior to occupancy of this Vacation Rental Property.
‐ The responsible person, whose name is on the rental contract must provide a copy of a government issued ID to the Vacation Rental Host.
‐ The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
‐ Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV’s, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is PROHIBITED and SHALL NOT BE AUDIBLE AT THE PROPERTY LINE.
‐ Maximum occupancy limits for this Vacation Rental Property as listed above shall not be exceeded at any time. Please note that Vacation Rental unit operators may impose their own occupancy limits as long as they do not exceed the City’s.
‐ Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom.
‐ Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view and must be in proper containers for the purpose of collection by the collectors and between the hours of five a.m. and eight p.m. on scheduled trash collection days.
‐ Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the Vacation Rental or other regulations.
Guests will be charged the TOT and TBID taxes.

Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property):

*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;

*Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;

*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;

*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.

*Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.

Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

***URGENT - PLEASE READ ***

Due to new stricter regulations in Palm Springs, now every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and also have all guests in the party fill out and sign the Statement of Rules BEFORE having access to the property. In addition to that, we need a list of all guests’ vehicles, including license plate numbers and also a copy of your Government ID.

As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the City will fine renters starting in $500 per occurrence without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.

The main sources of violations are:

-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite

-An excessive number of cars

-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)

-Trash left outside and on sight

Please send us the FIRST and LAST NAMES and EMAILS from every adult staying at the house. Only registered guests as listed on the rental agreement should be on the premises. No additional guests or visitors allowed.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am

- Primary renter must be over the age of 25

- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be Wednesday and Saturday for Pool/Hot Tub maintenance; Monday's for Landscaping maintenance; First Wednesday of the month for Pest Control maintenance - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.

- Absolutely no parties or loud music.

- This is a NON-SMOKING property.

This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:

-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.

-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.

-Pet fee is required and non refundable

-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

-Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.

-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:

-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.

-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).

-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.

-Keep them on leash while outside the home.

-Always pick up after your dog.

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

You must also acknowledge 

-Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock

-Potential for noise - Airplane noise is regular during the day but the backyard is mostly a peaceful slice of paradise. ”

-Amenity limitations - Always open the primary bathroom window when showering so steam exits the room, there is no exhaust fan.

-Security camera/recording device - Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
