This neighborhood is called Wilshire Vista and is full of charming 1920s Spanish, tudor and traditional homes. The neighborhood is very diverse in every way and the neighbors are quite friendly. Many neighbors have dogs so people are out walking around quite a bit. There is a great coffee shop called Hermanos a few blocks from the house which also draws neighbors out. It is so easy to get around the city from this centrally located neighborhood.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There is plentiful public transportation within walking distance.

Stayed at this property for a quick weekend trip to visit family in West Hollywood. Location was great and the neighborhood so peaceful! I was able to sit on the backyard and work one day and enjoy the great weather and solitude. Another day was able to just relax in the back and enjoy the peace and quiet under the trees! House was very cute and beds, linens, towels, kitchen supplies and amenities were all great! we will be back to visit family again and this little gem will definitely be a place to return to! Thank you!!

A colleauge and I stayed at this lovely house for a few days for a combined work and leisure trip to LA. The house was very clean, the neighborhood tidy, safe and really quiet. The house is within walking distance to the La Brea Tar Pits, the newly opened LACMA (definitely worth a visit), the Grove and 3rd Street. We didn't take a advantage of the backyard while we stayed there, but it is a lovely enclave where one could enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors. Nevertheless, every morning, we opened the kitchen windows to let the early raising sun rays flood the breakfast table. I would definitly recommend this house and would stay there again. Thank to a great host.
