Many neighbors have dogs so people are out walking around quite a bit. There is a great coffee shop called Hermanos a few blocks from the house which also draws neighbors out. It is so easy to get around the city from this centrally located neighborhood.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There is plentiful public transportation within walking distance.

Beautiful, clean, classic L.A. home in a great, walkable neighborhood. Proximate to all sorts of great spots (LACMA, 3rd St Farmer’s Market, etc). I’d definitely return!
