Great spot! Walkable to some coffee shops and restaurants which is rare for most of LA. Easy access to the 10 highway, close drive to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. I was there for work and the wifi was strong and reliable and there was room to spread out. The house is peaceful and quiet, the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. highly recommend!
Our stay at this home was comfortable and quiet - you can’t really ask for more than that. The host checked in on us (we had no issues) and the home was as advertised: clean, great location, full of cool architectural details, and a lovely private backyard. Air conditioning kept the house cool during the recent SoCal heat wave and we slept well and enjoyed coffee in the morning in the backyard watching the humming birds and red fox squirrels while admiring the beautiful palm tree. We would happily stay here again.

Great place and location! This is my second stay here and I love this Airbnb home and the neighborhood.

This is our second stay at this location and both visits have been great. The property is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed, check-in was super easy and communication was excellent. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet but also has coffee shops and restaurants right down the street and the location is close to so many things. Highly recommend!
Our stay was amazing. Our 3yr old daughter enjoyed the space and amenities provided. Great spot and location for eating in or eating out. Very close to Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
Was a great stay in a great location, some of the doors had locking issues but I’m sure it’s something the owners can look into and fix.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
