Be steeped in the mid-century allure of this modern condo featuring sleek furnishings and eclectic decor. Slide open floor-to-ceiling glass doors to access a patio with a grill and dining area. Enjoy a swim in one of the largest Palm Springs pool surrounded by mountain views. Ocotillo Lodge is the perfect mid century modern desert getaway. This complex was originally designed by modernist architects Palmer and Krisel and built by the Alexanders. Boasts one of the largest swimming pools in Palm Springs, 2 spas, community laundry, ample parking. This ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit exudes mid century style and comfort. Gorgeous mountain views from the large private patio. Minutes from downtown Palm Springs for dining and entertainment. We do have a unit above us. Occupancy Limits: - Overnight: 2 - Daytime: 6 **NOTE ABOUT NOISE: You will hear noise from the road due to our location in the complex (closer to the main road) and also potentially noise from the unit above us. We have a white noise machine to help minimize these noises. ENTERTAINMENT: *TV with Cable in Living room and Bedroom *The community clubhouse behind the pool has pool tables. *There is also a nice fitness room and library (books, board games, etc) in the clubhouse. KITCHEN AND DINING: *Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes utensils, pantry items *Dining table seats 6 UTILITIES: *Central Heating and Central A/C *Community laundry (coin operated) POOL & SPA FACILITIES: *The complex has one of the largest pools in Palm Springs as well as two spas and the shaded “Sunshine Bar" *Pool is open from 8am - 11pm daily *Guests must abide by all posted pool rules OUTDOOR FEATURES: *Patio with BBQ/Grill *Pool Towels *Property has views to the mountains ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: *Essentials (Towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper) *Hair Dryer *Hangers *Iron and Board *Queen sofa-bed in the Living Room *Community Fitness Room with machines and free weights PARKING: Parking is not assigned. Feel free to park at the gate closest to your condo. Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom. This is part of an HOA community and you will have access to the community amenities such as hot tub, pool and gym. Please note that we can't guarantee the community amenities availability and operation during your stay. The City of Palm Springs has resumed in-person meet and greets pursuant to PSMC 5.25.070(m). “The Owner or the Owner’s agent or representative shall meet the Responsible Party in person at the Vacation Rental or the Owner’s or Owner’s agent’s office prior to, or within twenty-four (24) hours of, the commencement of the occupancy and verbally explain and describe all rules and regulations applicable to the use of the property as a Vacation Rental and the responsibilities of the Responsible Party to the neighbors and the City as well as the Owner. The Owner shall secure the signature of the Responsible Party and all adult guests to a statement of rules and regulations …” Set within the William Krisel-designed Ocotillo Lodge, the property is in the Twin Palms neighborhood of Palm Springs, a half block from the Ace Hotel. Downtown's art museums, fashion boutiques, and restaurants are a short drive away. Distance from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) 7 mins by car without traffic NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately. This is a NON-SMOKING property - no smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules. In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian. NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit. OCOTILLO LODGE COMMUNITY RULES: NOISE: Please note that this is a residential community, and be courteous when entering and exiting the building. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and sound carries through our courtyard style complex. To avoid noise violations being charged to your group, please keep your guests inside of the condo during the quiet hours. Keeping the windows and doors closed helps tremendously. TRASH: If you need to take the trash out during your stay, the community trash bins are located on the west (mountain) side of the clubhouse. POOL: The pool is in the central courtyard, and has posted hours of operation. Please comply with all pool rules, do not use the pool after the posted hours, and be courteous of neighbors in regards to noise level while you swim/sun. No glass is allowed at the pool. PARKING: Parking is not assigned. Feel free to park at the gate closest to your condo. SMOKING: All smoking, vaping, and use of e-cigarettes is prohibited in all Common Areas and Exclusive Use Common Areas in the Community (including but not limited to shared and exclusive use patios, pool, spa, Sunshine Bar, all walkway, parking lot surrounding the complex, etc.). “Smoking” includes, but is not limited to, any practice by which any substance (such as tobacco or cannabis) is burned for the purpose of inhaling its smoke. “Vaping” includes, but is not limited to, inhaling vaporized water, solvents, or other liquids to inhale tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance. “E-cigarette” includes, but is not limited to, any electronic device that vaporizes liquid nicotine, cannabis, or any other substance for inhalation. Any other smoking or similar activity which causes a nuisance or disrupts the quiet enjoyment of other Members or Occupants is also prohibited. Nothing in this Operating Rule A (11) shall pre-empt, limit, or affect any other Operating Rule. Guests will be charged the TOT and TBID taxes.

Had a wonderful stay! Communication was excellent, the condo was spotless and I had everything I needed to feel right at home. Loved the property itself and especially the pool. Close to shopping and dining in downtown Palm Springs yet far enough away from the action to provide a relaxing and peaceful get away. Looking forward to staying here again!
