We had an amazing experience staying with Air Concierge through Airbnb for our family Tahoe trip. Honestly can't say enough good things about it. The house was spotless when we arrived, like, actually clean, not just "rental property clean." You could tell they put real effort into making sure everything was clean for guests. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking family meals and plenty of towels. Communication was excellent too. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us within 30 minutes, which made everything so much easier. And when we asked about a late checkout so we could squeeze in one more day of snowboarding and have time to clean up ourselves and the place before leaving, they were super accommodating. That flexibility made our trip so much better. Would absolutely stay with them again. If you're heading to Tahoe and want a hassle-free, comfortable place to stay with your family, this is it.

Our stay was nothing short fantastic. Great location below Pike Place Market, steps away from the Aquarium, and a beautiful waterfront view to wake up to every morning. We couldn't say more about our hosts. A definite 5 Star Host and accommodation. Daniel was informative and quick to respond. I highly recommend this location and host for anyone that's looking for a great stay in Seattle

Stunning view is totally accurate and the terrace was lovely. However, the internet didn’t work at all while we were there. The admittedly corporate host company was very responsive but weren’t able to fix it. Also, the main sink in the kitchen made a terrible noise. Had some nice amenities though like a Bluetooth speaker and a dishwasher. So overall, it was a gorgeous view but some of the experience inside was slightly janky.

I was looking for a place to stay near the golf course because of my son's golf tournament. It was very quiet at night, cozy, and a great place to stay. Also, they answered my questions quickly and kindly, which made my stay very comfortable.

This property follows Air Concierge Inc’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
