Equipped to accommodate 8 guests, this 2BD/2BA is perfect for the entire family. **NOTE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORK** There is a fence that is currently up in front of the building due to bike path construction. Alaskan Way is reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access is open. Guests will need to walk around the fence to get to the building office when they check-in. Contact us with any questions. Get your groceries from Pike Place Market (we are just steps to the Pike Place elevator & stairwell) take a run thru the Sculpture Park, shopping and stroll to Myrtle Edwards Park, catch the M's game or easily hop on the ferry to Bainbridge. Master bedroom features a 50" TV with sofa sleeper for separate "refuge". Whip up some breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen with high end appliances, including gas range. Get some work done in the guest bedroom/den or unwind in front of the living room fireplace. Take in the sunset on your private patio with sound and mountain views or just enjoy BBQ'ing with the family. The condo can sleep 8 adults: - Master bedroom has a Queen size bed + 1 Sofa Sleeper and ensuite bath with separate shower and soaking tub. - Guest bedroom/Office has a Full size Murphy bed; guest bathroom is in the hallway, not ensuite, and with shower only. - Living Room has a Sofa Sleeper (Full size) + 2 convertible ottoman Twin beds (Keep in mind this is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo and the space might feel cramped with full occupancy) ENTERTAINMENT: *2 SmartTVs (Living Room and Master Bedroom) with basic Direct TV cable channels and streaming apps *Guests have to log into their streaming account. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA. Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in. You'll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we'll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign. If you rent a car, you get two assigned parking spots in the garage. Public transportation, Uber/Lyft are great options to move around. There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area. Home Truths: *Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from Airbnb guests. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the patio. *Hot water tank is not large enough for consecutive "extended" showers. The primary bathroom has a large jacuzzi soaking tub, but will use all the hot water available in the water tank to fill. Suggest not using tub if other need to shower during reheating period. *While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems. *It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend stay. The unit was plenty big enough for the four of us, and it had a great kitchen for cooking. The location was right next to the Aquarium and the piers, and it was just a short walk from Pike Place Market, Lumen Field and more. The hosts were very communicative, and check in-and-out was easy and efficient.

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend stay. The unit was plenty big enough for the four of us, and it had a great kitchen for cooking. 3 things that stood out about the place: 1) the overall comfort & spacious living room / dining room area…2) the nice outdoor / bbq space…3) the location (right in front of the water, and just around corner from the Aquarium & Ferris Wheel area, as well as Pike Place Market). Yes, there’s some double-edge sword quality to being right on the street / waterfront, and having all of those big ol’ windows (you lose a bit of sense of privacy)…but, have to mention we always felt safe, and cant beat the views. Overall, very nice stay. Would certainly recommend.
This was a lovely stay, home away from home for the whole family. The location was unbeatable for walking to Pike Place Market or further into the city. Also, having our rental car in their secure parking garage with strict guidelines for protection was very appreciated. We loved the kitchen, it was stocked with everything you could need! The view of the water every day was also super relaxing. We had no issues with noise, even being right by the street. Do not pass up on this place, especially if you have kids, it's worth it!

Had an amazing stay at this unit in Seattle - incredible access to the area near the water and Pike Place. We were in town for a Mariners game which was convenient. The unit was spacious for our stay and would highly recommend for a couple(s) or a family to stay. It was clean with plenty of space in a great neighborhood in Seattle.
Absolutely wonderful!
I said here for a few days with 6 friends, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The home was extremely convenient, and located next to a lot of things to see and do. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seattle!
Excelente lugar, está muy bonito, está en una zona increíble de Seattle y tiene todas las comodidades, además de que nos dejaron varias cosas de cortesía. El único “pero” que le pongo es que se anuncia que tiene gimnasio, para nosotros era importante y a la mera hora me dijeron que sólo los residentes de los condominios tenían acceso 🥲

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
