The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area. HOME TRUTHS: -It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed. -Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the balcony. -While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near the waterfront. Descriptions and pictures were extremely accurate. Almost everything was walkable and access to surrounding areas by car was very easy. Great communication by host

The condo was the perfect location for a downtown Seattle weekend! Located directly across from Pier 62 and the gorgeous new Alaskan Way Waterfront, and just below Pike Place Market, we found ourselves surrounded by loads of fun things to do. The condo is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's a little dated, but certainly nothing that affected our stay. We loved the gas fireplace, watching sunsets from the balcony and enjoyed the grand opening of the waterfront and watched the bands from the condo. We will keep this condo bookmarked for our next stay when we need 2 bedrooms. Excellent!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
