Arrived and were shocked , outside furniture was disgustingly stained .Inside furniture was also stained , making us uncomfortable and causing my fiance to have to start cleaning so that we can eat on the dining table and feel a bit more comfortable. Not what you wish for in an upscale airbnb. Slow response of host . Had an issue on the first night and mentioned it . It took the host until our 3rd day out of 4 days to send the cleaners into the house again to change some of the outdoor furniture which was horribly stained . Multiple tables stained inside . Upon arrival we were shocked unhappy and stressed because of the condition of the house . Too expensive . If you charge 1000$+ per night , at least clean the house , that should be standard . But not here . Very disappointed!

The home is located on a beautiful hill with neighbors in the distance which is ideal for anyone looking to have a fun and enjoyable experience. The view from the dining room and master suite are breathtaking with 180 degree views of the ocean. This home is definitely worth the cost considering the unique experience you can have there.

We arrived at 4 p.m. as instructed, but the old lock was broken. Even with their detailed unlocking guide and video, it didn’t work. A locksmith drilled it open after 2 hours in 90°F heat while my 4-year-old desperately needed the bathroom. Staff gave only a verbal apology. On day 3 they messaged a long apology asking for a good review. I refused. For a $3,000 two-night stay, the lock had clearly been broken for a long time. Later they asked me what compensation I wanted—shouldn’t they proactively offer? A few days later they called, first offering $200 (2 hrs rent) or a discount for future stays. I said that’s not compensation, just fairness. Then they messaged offering 50% off the first night. I didn’t take it. As a business owner, I know mistakes happen, but real compensation is offered right away with sincerity—not only after I refuse 5 stars. My rating is 1 star: failure to maintain, no fair treatment, unprofessional communication and very low water pressure in several fauc

The location was excellent, and the floor plan was great. Unfortunately, the house was severely infested with ants in every room. You couldn’t even sit in the living room without them crawling on you—they were inside the sofa, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and the bedrooms. We even ended up bringing ants home with us, which was incredibly frustrating. The infestation completely overshadowed our weekend and was unacceptable. I sent videos as proof, and the only suggestion I received was to wipe down the surfaces. When we checked in, the house had a strong odor we couldn’t place until we found ant spray under the sink. Once we used it, we realized it was the exact smell we noticed upon arrival—clear evidence that they were already aware of the problem. This property urgently needs a professional exterminator.

The location was excellent, and the floor plan was great. Unfortunately, the house was severely infested with ants in every room. You couldn’t even sit in the living room without them crawling on you—they were inside the sofa, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and the bedrooms. We even ended up bringing ants home with us, which was incredibly frustrating. The infestation completely overshadowed our weekend and was unacceptable. I sent videos as proof, and the only suggestion I received was to wipe down the surfaces. When we checked in, the house had a strong odor we couldn’t place until we found ant spray under the sink. Once we used it, we realized it was the exact smell we noticed upon arrival—clear evidence that they were already aware of the problem. This property urgently needs a professional exterminator.

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
