Our backyard is great for to chill, but no music outdoors since we're very close to our neighbors. The timeless design includes open kitchen, family room, extremely private back yard with seating and dining area. This exceptional home is flooded w/ light and offers seamless indoor/outdoor spaces for entertaining and relaxing. Guests in breach of their contract / house rules / disrespecting neighbors will be evicted immediately, forfeiting their booking and security deposit. The house is equipped with security cameras monitoring the front door, as well as noiseaware sensors to avoid and notify us of any unauthorized events that would disturb the neighbors going against our house rules. Had a great time at the house! The outside area was great for afternoon sun and so nice to be able to walk down to the beach! Would go again.

The house is more beautiful than the photos. The views of the ocean when awakening in the primary bedroom in the morning are stunning. The mattresses are very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. There is great sunlight in the living spaces and it is relaxing and so pretty. Everything worked really well, and we loved our stay. We hope to stay there again!
