Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. Outdoor Security Cameras: please note we have outdoor cameras facing the pool area, driveway and front door. HOME TRUTHS: *Treehouse is not accessible and should NOT be used or climbed on. *One of the bedrooms has a sauna. Children are not allowed in the sauna. Never leave children unattended near the sauna. *The driveway is steep. QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet and rural neighborhood so please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. Quiet hours are between the hours of 9pm and 9am. During that time frame please keep noise to a minimum. Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property): *Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays; *Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F; *Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally; *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. *Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite. *Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture. *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
