BEACH CONDITIONS UPDATE — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
As of October 2026, the beaches in the Carlsbad area are currently much rockier than usual. Seasonal tides have pulled much of the sand out, leaving exposed rock and cobblestone in many areas, including near this home. The ocean, views, and coastal access are still here, but please don't book expecting a wide, soft, sandy beach right now. Beach conditions change naturally with the tides and the sand is expected to return over time, but we can't predict or guarantee when. If a sandy beach is the main reason for your trip, please message us before booking and we'll happily help you decide if this is the right fit right now.

Welcome to your coastal getaway! This home is located just steps away from the sand (about 1.5 blocks, ~5 minutes walk) and offers easy access to the heart of Carlsbad Village. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this beach home is perfect for small families, couples, or groups seeking a relaxing retreat.
