Air Concierge was an amazing host! They took such great care of my team and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. They even respected my teams privacy by asking in advance if a repair technician could go to the house while they were out working. I appreciate hosts that have that open line of communication and dont just show up without notifying us. I would highly recommend their home for future reservations.
Stayed here for an extended weekend with a total of 6 people, there was plenty of space, the house was extremely clean when we walked in, the instructions were clear to follow, and the neighborhood was stunning. Great hosts that were extremely responsive and understanding and accommodated special requests. 6/5 Stars!
We really enjoyed my stay at the Air Concierge Vacation Home. The place was very clean. The only problem we had was hot-tub had too a bit too much chlorine and had to be vented for half-hour before use. Nevertheless, the location is great for going to the beach, downtown, or hiking in mission trails or going to the zoo. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard, as well as playing cornhole. The neighborhood is quiet and the street calm. Overall, I would recommend this house for those visiting San Diego! The owners are very responsive to concerns and addressed them quickly. With a great location, fair price, and great accommodations, its hard to beat!

Something about the water or the hair products made my hair feel very gross. I'm not sure what hair products are in the bottles but that was a big dislike for me. It made the hair feel coated with lotion even after washing it out thoroughly. If it's supposed to be family friendly - I would recommend putting little one amenities into the home. Because there's no stairs, it's a great house for little kids. Also all the furniture is very kid friendly. A pack n play and high chair would attract more families. Also, it's not a bad drive up to Legoland or SD Safari park. The mulched back yard is an eye sore. Perhaps adding in some landscaping or having turf might be a better alternative. Some low maintenance plants could make the place a lot more inviting. Also, the tree in the middle sheds a lot -- after a new minutes the patio furniture was covered in the berries or seeds! The AC is very loud - you can't watch tv without the air being off. Maybe cool the house before guests arrive.

There was an undeniable smoke odor at the property. Despite the listing's non-smoking policy, a strong smell was present upon my arrival. Perhaps I'm sensitive to smells. You really smell it most when you first enter. You won't notice it after a while because your senses could acclimate. When I made the tough decision to leave 3 hours after my arrival—I tried to air everything out—that odor lingered on our clothes even then. The host was gracious enough to offer air purifiers, but this was a significant health concern for my family (4 small kids who are sensitive to smoke). This offer was not an adequate or immediate fix for me as I believe the smell was deep in the furniture or HVAC. Even though we didn't even stay beyond 3 hours of our 4-night booking, I was refused a refund (even partial) because the host disagreed in their assessment of the odor. Maybe it won't bother other folks much, but this was the case for my situation. The home is otherwise very nice; no other issues.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
