Communication was great. It’s a surfer shack and not well appointed. Clean. Not the best for our two dogs. The other 2 units have a fire pit, this one does not. We are not the typical age demographic for the area but it was close to the beach and shopping.
Great location especially for families ... within walking distance to playground, beaches, restaurants and stores but far enough for a peaceful quiet stay in a quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as described and perfect for a small family.
Perfect little cottage! Has everything a few people need and felt in the middle of the beach area but also surprisingly private.
