The apartment itself is great, very clean and cozy, spacious, very nice views of downtown Seattle. But the location next to Broadway Ave isn't ideal, despite being a very well connected location (light rail station) with countless restaurants and a QFC grocery store, that part of Broadway Ave is sketchy. Even going to buy groceries at night can becomes quite an adventure sometimes. It's a shame because otherwise the location would be great, but it is what it is.

I had a wonderful 2 month stay in this apartment! It was squeaky clean, had nice appliances, felt very spacious, and had beautiful views of downtown. Very close to a big grocery store and easy access to buses and the light rail. Lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and parks around the Capital Hill area. The building was secure and the management team were great at communicating. Highly recommend.

Pros: - Very convenient and spacious apartment with everything you need — comfortable furniture, good TV, strong internet, and a proper workstation. I worked from home during my stay, and that setup was really important and worked well. - Beautiful view from the living room - The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful — even small requests were handled quickly (for example, I asked for a cooking pan and it was ordered and delivered the next day). - The location is great: very central, close to downtown, Volunteer Park, and other great spots in the area. Cons: - During the colder season, when other residents use their fireplaces in the building, the smell can occasionally be noticeable inside the apartment. - While the location is central, the immediate area can feel less comfortable in the evenings.
