Each floor has: ►Spacious Living Area: Relax in the cozy living rooms with comfortable Queen sofa-beds, large SmartTVs, and plenty of natural light. ►Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchens are equipped with all you need to prepare delicious meals. ►Dining Area: Enjoy your meals at the stylish dining tables that comfortably seats four (on each floor). ►Bedrooms: Our property boasts 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms total. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. ►Bathroom: Freshen up in the 2 pristine bathrooms, stocked with essentials and fluffy towels. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock for flexible arrival times. Please note the floors are not connected internally. To go up to the second floor, you have to use the stairs outside. Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable. No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. - Please respect check-in and checkout times. - Primary renter must be over the age of 25. - The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time. - Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in. - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. - Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. - Absolutely no parties or loud music. - This is a NON-SMOKING property. - This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit! PET POLICY: -One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime. -Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture. -Pet fee is required and non refundable -Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages. -If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately. PET ETIQUETTE: -Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone. -Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home). -Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors. -Keep them on leash while outside the home. -Always pick up after your dog. -Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
