Carlsbad Village Oceanfront Condo on the Beach

BEACH CONDITIONS UPDATE — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
As of October 2026, the beaches in the Carlsbad area are currently much rockier than usual. Seasonal tides have pulled much of the sand out, leaving exposed rock and cobblestone in many areas, including near this home. The ocean, views, and coastal access are still here, but please don't book expecting a wide, soft, sandy beach right now. Beach conditions change naturally with the tides and the sand is expected to return over time, but we can't predict or guarantee when. If a sandy beach is the main reason for your trip, please message us before booking and we'll happily help you decide if this is the right fit right now.

Oceanfront condo on the sand is California Dreamin’ at its finest! Enjoy PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS from the private balcony, sip coffee on a beach walk, swim, surf, play beach volleyball, or enjoy a day on the sand…fun at your fingertips!

From the sand, walk 2 short blocks to the center of “The Village” of Carlsbad.

Attention to work in progress in the unit next door. HOA doesn't allow loud work during summer time but you may hear some noise
