The condo was well appointed, bed and pull out couch were both very comfortable. It was fun having the videogame in the living room. The rooftop decks would have been a great place to have meals in better weather. The building was very secure with a code to open door and front desk person on most days. The only disappointment was the Recreation Room was closed for renovations for an unknown period of time. The location is great - walkable to lightrail, Westlake Center, Pike Place Market, waterfront and Broadway. Most areas felt ok to walk at night as a family, but I’d avoid Freeway Park and Hubbell Place where it goes under Freeway Park. Pike Street seemed ok. The host was very quick to respond whenever I had questions. Excellent value for the price. I would stay again.
PERFECT! Stayed with wife and son and this place has it all. One of the more accommodating homes I've ever stayed with great attention to detail, coffee options and thoughtful touches. VERY comfortable bed and they provide added comfort if you need to use the pullout sofa bed. LOVE the location! It was our first time visiting Seattle and it's so close to many attractions including a couple blocks from Pike Place Market...TONS of food options and ultimately a nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Our son loved the Ms Pac Man :) The hosts were lovely and accommodating every step of the way. Will absolutely stay here again!
This was my second time staying at this apartment for a week. I lived in Seattle for many years and travel back frequently for work, so it has been nice to find a place that's conveniently located, allows dogs, and feels cozy enough to be a recurring "home away from home". I've had a few minor issues both stays, but the hosts have attempted to remedy them and even offered me a small refund this past stay, which was appreciated. The apartment is basically right between downtown and Cap Hill, which makes getting to transit, restaurants, coffee shops, etc very easy. I'll be staying here again in January during my next work trip and am looking forward to it.

Very helpful & responsive. I would definitely stay at this location again if I’m in Seattle.
Great host, communication and proximity to so much. Space was awesome, clean and easy to access. Would definitely recommend!
This location is terrible. I was traveling alone and coming home around 8pm. There were homeless people maybe on drugs blocking the entrance to place the code to enter the building. The host did nothing about it. Beware.
I lived in Seattle for many years and since I moved away last fall, I return every other month for work. Every trip I try to find a place that’s walkable to downtown, the market, and transit, while still feeling cozy and homey. This place was perfect - it reminded me so much of my old apartment in Queen Anne and I felt right at home. Everything was clean and well-stocked. It was easy to walk downtown or to Cap Hill, with so many food options nearby. I loved that it is a dog friendly apartment so I could bring my dog. If this place is available during any of my future trips, I would love to stay here again.
I went to Seattle for a business trip. The apartment was clean, comfortable and as announced. They also had some alfajores as a welcome gift that were very good. I would go back if I had to come back to Seattle!
Beautiful space, very clean, and extremely cozy! Only thing that was missing was a fan for the living room, but otherwise was a great stay! Host was accommodating and followed up with our concerns
Nice place generally but there was no soap in the dispensers. Normally that would be ok. But after the stay we were treated poorly. We accidentally mistook the hair dryer but self reported the mistake before it was even noticed and sent it back. The hosts claimed it didn’t arrive even though the tracking information showed clearly it had been delivered. They still charged us which in our opinion was very out of touch with the reality of the situation. Even if the next guest needed a hairdryer (which we understand of course) it was a petty situation to have been charged for a replacement when the hairdryer was delivered 5 DAYS before we were charged and they claimed not to have received it. Spend your money where you will be respected.
