Aside from self reporting preexisting damage to the unit, and a few missing amenities —the host was super communicative and super accommodating. They went above and beyond communicating and responding to us with our various needs. Good people
The location is on a very busy street so if you open the sliding door or window on that side of the building it is very noisy. Very cheap IKEA furniture which is easily damaged. No detergent was available & we were told we could buy soap and get reimbursed. We did not do that. Mixed messages on exit directions and note in the property. Put towels and sheets in washer (note). Handbook, no mention of towels and sheets. Damage to the coffee table was covered up with a place mat. That felt sneaky. Good thing we found it and told the property management. Garage is very small. We could not park our rental car (standard sedan) so we had to park on the street several blocks away each night and walk to property. The price of the unit does not match the quality of the experience so I cannot recommend to my friends that this was a good place.
Great place! I just wish I would’ve realized the only parking is inside a small garage that barely fits my pickup.

It's a fine place to stay. Clean, large spaces, etc. It is pricey, though, and for that price, even though it's in Seattle, they should invest in AC. We happened to stay there during the hottest week of the summer and I woke each morning in a pool of sweat. The garage is super narrow, which could be an issue if you drive a SUV. And while their communications were practically immediate (+++) I wasn't exactly pleased with their solution to the fridge freaking out due to a power outage in the area. If you have a small car, you don't book in late July thru August, and don't experience a neighborhood blackout, you should be ok.
The hosts were gracious and responsive and this might be a good spot for some, depending on what you’re looking for. We needed a place for our family to stay while our bathroom was being remodeled, so we needed a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean. We found the road noise to be a significant disturbance from 5am to about midnight even with the windows closed. The days were pretty warm during our stay. And, without air conditioning, the temptation to open the windows was great but the noise was too much. The provided fans were quite noisy as well and so offered no real relief. We also had two cars and found street parking to be a challenge. We did find consistent parking on a street a few blocks to the southwest. Otherwise, the house was fine. There were cooking implements, a washer, dryer, and dishwasher that worked well. We didn’t use the TV. The Internet dropped off for a bit one day but was otherwise consistent.
I would NEVER recommend this “house” -outside garbage full and pouring over and EVERYWHERE We had to clean it up to walk thru -bottom floors, not vacuumed, food all over table -Front door is an absolute pain to open or lock. -main level not even swept -stains on rug -broken couch -holes in table and couch and ottoman -dirty toilet -balcony door is broke -3rd floor dirty toilet -shower doesn’t drain. Fills up past ankles. Home owners told me I can clean it or go buy something to clear it -extra linens in closet were not clean. I opened one and it smelt like a rotting corpse -hairs in both beds -extremely NOISY neighborhood and rude neighbors. -zero and I do mean zero parking. Bring a bike. We parked minimum 5 blocks away the whole stay -the owners were responsive, but never helped us once -the smoke alarms went off everyday 3 TO 4 times. And every night around 3am. -no tv unless you have subscriptions IM VERY ANGRY WITH OUR STAY!

Overall it’s a great place to stay. Close location to Seattle and other national parks!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
