Fall in love with cooking again when you make use of the stainless steel appliances, accompanied by the fabulous granite counters. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy movie night with the ambiance of the cozy fireplace. Utilize the BBQ grill and enjoy dinner underneath the stars after a long day of playing and lounging by the private pool and spa. Finish the night by telling ghost stories by the fire pit. ENTERTAINMENT: *1 TV in the Living Room and 1 TV in the Master Bedroom with streaming apps. Guests have to log into their streaming account. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture. *Pool is not heated during the Summer months (June-August) but it’s usually 80+ naturally. *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
