A beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean home! It seems newly built and is equipped with all the utensils you could need. The host was super responsive on chat throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return!

Its a great, quiet place and must say a grand house! It was very clean and a good locality for relaxing. The only thing is its non refundable so only book it if you are 100% certain of visiting. I tried cancelling it within 24hrs of booking but didn't let me cancel. Rest everything was perfect about this house!!

Great house. Large and set up to accommodate multiple families. Location in the canal was ok. We brought a boat was able to make it work but extra bumpers and ropes were required. Family had a great time and everything was clean.
We thoroughly enjoyed this house. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space!

This property is described as luxury but everything is not luxury. All appliances are cheaply made and many things are broken in the home.

This was a great place for our team to stay. Great space. Very responsive.
New, modern-feel house, light and airy. Comfy beds-and sleeps tons! It’s on a canal, not main lake but we enjoyed seeing turtles and heron off the back. Nice area to walk. Has a twin next door if you have multiple families. I suggested that the host add more games/toys for kiddos. Kitchen very well stocked.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
