- Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way.
- There is no fence or gate between the back of house doors and the pool/jacuzzi. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.
💦 Pool Heating:
- Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
- Hot tub heating only is $60/day;
- Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
- Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
- Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
- Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
- Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.

I stayed here for 3 weeks... this place is an absolute gem. As a young woman traveling with my dog, I felt relatively safe in the neighborhood. The pool is the star of the show here, I'll be thinking about that backyard for a long time- I miss it already! The bedrooms and bathrooms felt very luxe, no complaints on cleanliness. I also really enjoyed cooking here, the kitchen is gorgeous. Host was responsive to every single message, in a timely manner as well. I really appreciated their flexibility when my plans changed. 10/10 would stay again. I try to include at least one con when I write reviews on Airbnb, but I truly don't have one for this property. Thank you!!!
