Notes ❗ Please Note: * Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. * There is no fence or gate between the back of house doors and the pool/jacuzzi. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. 💦 Pool Heating: * Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays; * Hot tub heating only is $60/day; * Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F; * Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally; * Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. * Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture. * Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. ⚡EV Charging daily usage fee: $10/day 🚨 NOISE and LOUD PARTY ORDINANCE: The City of Phoenix has very strict Noise and Loud Party ordinances.
