This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, so clean and such a charming and convenient location! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in!
We had a great stay. The house was perfect and the location was amazing. Street parking can be hard to come by on the weekends but we always found something.

Beautiful place. Clean, and just like the photos. Comfortable and had everything you needed from kitchen items to extra pillows and blankets.
We really liked the condo. The Greenlake neighborhood is really fun. Reasonably close to downtown, but not too close. The condo is located on the NE side of the lake, which is perfect for shops and WholeFoods. You can walk to a lot of restaurants. Street parking was reasonably decent, but not fabulous. This is to be expected though. The condo itself is very well laid out. Comfy but not cluttered. The TV works great and not super complicated (essential to keep the kids entertained). In-unit laundry also super convenient. The only recommendation I have is for the mgmt co. to adjust the front door lock. I'm in the apartment business, so it was relatively simple for me to unlock the door. Some guests may not find it to be so simple. Just a friendly suggestion.
Everything was great. One minor complaint - the knives and peeler in the kitchen need sharpening.

We LOVED our stay at this house! We were within walking distance to the park, walking trails, great restaurants, and felt so so safe for me and my four kids!
Great place. We had two families and having two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor made it feel like separate apartments for each family with a great common area in the living room and on the roof. Great place for families who have a future UW grad and are looking for a place during graduation!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
