Premier location in downtown San Diego living comes complete for the perfect visit. This condo is a modern two-story loft style unit. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. Living area and kitchen upstairs with balcony and downtown views. STRO LICENSE NUMBER: STR-04197L TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX CERTIFICATE NUMBER: 644662 The space is highlighted by its beautiful downtown views, floor-to-ceiling windows, vintage, rustic and modern design elements all coming together wonderfully. PLEASE NOTE: We offer one Twin size air mattresses with full bedding -- this is stored in the closet in the guest bedroom; bedding is upstairs in the lower cabinet by laundry room. This is the premier location for anywhere in downtown. Local eateries, ballpark, shopping, and historic Gaslamp are all quite literally a hop, skip and jump away in any direction. Because of our proximity to Petco Park (baseball stadium), access to the building might be tricky and limited at times. You might not be able to drive into the garage at times. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer on site (in unit), balcony with views (but strict NO smoking rules) Guests will have access to the entire condo - including 1 parking space in the garage. **Important: we use KEYCAFE to hold our keys, read below: -Keys are not available until 4pm of arrival day and not available after 10pm. -For check in AND check out, guests will have to walk approximately 1.5 blocks each way to a 7-eleven convenience store nearby and pick up the keys from a secured lockbox using the code provided via email/text. -Please make sure to account for this step on departure day as well. More detailed instructions provided after your booking is confirmed. *Important: guest will have to pick up the keys from a KeyCafe location that is approximately 5 minutes from the property. The location will be closed after 10 PM so guests must make sure they can check-in by that time or we will not be responsible for missing nights due to late arrival. Likewise, guests must be available to drop off the keys at same KeyCafe location at check-out or fees for unreturned keys apply. This is the prime location in downtown San Diego with nearby access to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, Coronado, and slightly more distant access to Legoland and Wild Animal Park. Any and every public transportation option you can think of not including subway. This home is just 12 minutes away from San Diego Airport or a $9-$11 Uber ride. We are 15 minutes walking distance from SD Convention Center (0.7mi) Please only book out place if you can check in between 4-10pm and check out by 11am the day of your departure. Check in is strictly NOT available after 10pm. Failure to check in before 10pm will make you miss your first night.

The host support was lacking. Had to pick up key at a 7-11 and the key box did not work. Had to go to a second location and the key did not work. It took about an hour for support to get on sight., so we spend about an hour in the hall locked out waiting and ultimately checked about 2 hours late. Host was slow to respond to email questions during stay. We were not offered any compensation for the troubles we experienced.
Initially it was unclear that the booking code was the code to use to get the key from the key locker. My advice is to read the instructions carefully. I must say that the Air Concierge were very responsive to my texts to help me through the process. Plus, there are many Fobs on the keys so again, be sure to read the instructions carefully, because I didn’t, and it led to my own induced frustrations. The place is in a fabulous location. It was super clean, and comfortable, and described accurately. However, I would’ve liked to have had more towels for three people over three days, and some bottled water to greet us, as we came in later in the day and didn’t have the inclination to go get some after a long day. Just a suggestion, not a necessity. The night is quiet, so rest is available. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be mindful that it’s two stories, hence stairs. If knees are a problem, it may make for a difficult stay. Cloud 9 Deli within a block, so yum.

Excellent location, walkable, clean rooms and easy check-in. Great option for a San Diego trip with direct exposure to Gaslamp district and all it has to offer
Run around in downtown is difficult if you have no street parking. One way streets. Different address for entry to the parking garage. Mind you we aren’t city people. We are used to lock boxes at the location. But I realize the garage gates and the convenience of the key cafe. Also, this isn’t for anyone not willing to climb stairs. 19 steps. No top level bathroom causes issues. Just be aware. The space is spacious. The kitchen was useful. The laundry machines cleaned. WiFi is great. Extra bedding was handy. Location is perfectly amazing. You can get to the parking garage, walk to eateries and enjoy the downtown. Now sleeping in is impossible because of the downtown ambient noise. It is however very quiet. Neighbors don’t seem to exist. Once you got the hang of things. The keys. The gate. The bathroom. Everything there was manageable. This worked for the concert at the ball park.
The Airbnb was exactly like the photos! Great location and only walking distance to Gaslamp, Petco Part etc. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions on how to enter the property. Easy check in process with keycafe and will definitely book again!

The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located to explore San Diego. The host was very friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again — highly recommended! 🌴✨
Great location
The stay was exactly what I was looking for, a quite quiet area but all within walking distance of most restaurants or attractions. The bed were both comfortable and clean along with everything type of pillow you could need to get comfortable. They whole place was extremely well kept and the only downer for me was that the surround system wasn't in working order nor was the projector in the ceiling of the living area. Overall a fantastic stay with a very responsive and helpful host. I would 100% stay here again!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
