Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer on site (in unit), balcony with views (but strict NO smoking rules)
Guests will have access to the entire condo - including 1 parking space in the garage.
This is the prime location in downtown San Diego with nearby access to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, Coronado, and slightly more distant access to Legoland and Wild Animal Park.

Would definitely stay here again! A couple blocks away from Petco Park and all of Gaslamp, the walkability was unreal. The unit itself was super modern and clean, with separate bathrooms for each guest, that’s hard to find. We really enjoyed our stay!
Great place. Cleanest place I have ever stayed, tied with my mom, who is excessively a clean freak! Outstanding for Padres Stadium Access, Petco Park; the parking garage is used for Padres Baseball. The residence parking is such that game traffic did not interfere; it was excellent. Well thought out.
Clean, quiet apartment in a great location within walking distance of all downtown San Diego.
