We were very happy with this townhome. Electronic keypad entrance made it easy for any of us to go in/out on our own. Very comfortable to sit in the kitchen/livingroom space to watch some of the World Cup and NBA playoffs. Location was perfect for us - our son was graduating from UW and we could easily walk up the hill to his house, and more importantly walk to the stadium/campus for commencement. No yard and on a fairly busy street, but we were there to go out and do things, not be homebodies. Extra bonus: walkable to U Village and all the shopping plus QFC for groceries. Also appreciated options for coffee (French press/kettle or drip), actual wineglasses, laundry, extra towels in the closet, fairly decent spice cabinet, books, games, and knickknacks that overall really made the place feel like a home instead of a sterile rental. I wish we had found this place sooner.

Great property and outstanding location next to University Village! The kitchen was very well equipped for a rental and the appliances all looked new. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Host communication was excellent. Two things to be aware of: 1) It's a four level property with bedroom and bathroom one on the main entry level, kitchen and living room on level two, master bed and bath on level 3 and an open rooftop deck on the fourth level. There are mini-split AC units on levels two and three, but there is no AC on the first level. While typically not an issue in this area, it was quite warm when we arrived. Opening the window cooled things down quickly and it wasn't an issue after, but just good to know. 2) There is significant construction just across the street, which is taking up about half of the on-street parking. Be prepared to park a few blocks away if you go in the next few months. Overall great stay. Highly recommended and we'd stay again!
