Though Ravenna is considered a residential neighborhood, it also is home to several businesses, many of which are located in the University Village, a shopping mall. Ravenna Park, located near University Village and the walking or biking route connecting Green Lake to Burke–Gilman Trail, is located within the neighborhood. The University of Washington Station is a short walk (20 minutes) or a quick car ride away. Hop on the light rail and venture downtown or explore other vibrant neighborhoods in Seattle. Many guests also rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. ► Street parking only; allowed 24/7 without restrictions but it can be a bit difficult/crowded. ► The property has many stairs, and it is NOT child proofed in any way. ► Dog welcome but only one dog (up to 50 lbs) allowed; no cats; pet fee required. ► There's a back door located in the 1st floor/guest bedroom that guests should not use. ► 1st floor/guest bedroom has heating only, no air conditioning. NOISE: Please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. There are NO PARTIES allowed in the unit or on the roof, noise must be kept to a minimum and QUIET HOURS must be respected.
