Nice location overlooking Lake Union, close to waterfront walking path. Walkable to Seattle Center, about a mile. Great rooftop space with outdoor kitchen, but since it was raining did not use it. Would be ideal in the summer. This is a multilevel space so probably not great for small kids or adults with mobility issues. Garage is private but access is tight, so would recommend a small car (compact size) if you're driving. Nice modern kitchen, great views, gas fireplace, multiple large screen TV's.
Disrespectful neighbor and unaccommodating hosts.
Air Concierge has set a new standard with communication. It was world class! The space is our new favorite place to stay in Seattle. If you appreciate outstanding design and use of materials, this is the place for you. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Amazing views!

Amazing stay in Seattle. I will always look to rebook here!
Excellent location. Property is well kept.
**If you’re sensitive to loud freeway noise, this is not the place for you. I did not include this in my 5 star review because it’s possible that we are just not used to so much noise, but the windows seem very thin and the cars passing all night made it nearly impossible to get a good night sleep. ** Other than the road noise, this place was amazing. Location was perfect, close to the city to go for a walk and get food but not close enough to deal with the downsides of a big city. The rooftop and big windows are a massive seller, unbeatable views and peaceful. We likely won’t stay here again simply due to the weather road noise, but if that wasn’t an issue, I’d come back in heartbeat!
Really incredible space + location. 10/10 recommend. Great view, great large rooms, awesome location.
This was a beautiful and unique home for our first family trip to the Pacific Northwest. It gave us everything we needed and plenty of things we would’ve never asked for. The view from the master bedroom overlooking the river was amazing. And, the service and support we received was top notch. I’d only offer one warning: It’s a beautiful yet popular part of town. So though street parking is an option, spots rarely open up. The alley leading to the garage is quite busy because it leads to other buildings, and the driveway is narrow. So, your driving skills and confidence will matter unless you decide to ride share. The house is worth it, but it’s important to know.
The house was absolutely beautiful and ideal for our business trip to Seattle. There were plenty of great food options nearby, and enjoying our morning coffee with the amazing views was a highlight. Ending the day with a drink on the rooftop was the perfect way to unwind. I would definitely stay here again!
This is an architecturally striking condo that is well-appointed and comfortable. The rooftop view of the lake and city is spectacular. That said, there are serious drawbacks. Parking is unusable for a normal-sized car. The property was retrofitted with a garage, but the combination of a steep uphill alley, a very sharp downhill driveway, and an extremely narrow gated entrance with concrete barriers makes it impossible to park anything other than a motorcycle/subcompact car. There is also no viable street parking (street parking is limited to 30 mins). If you have a car, this house is not a viable option. We also experienced a major issue with the water heater, which left us without hot water for two days. While the host arranged for a handyman, the visit wasn’t scheduled until two days after the issue was reported. In the meantime, I had to troubleshoot and fix the system myself so we could shower. At this price point, I expect greater urgency for such an essential function.
