This Air Concierge Vacation Homes 2BR/1.5BA boasts breathtaking mountain and city views from nearly every room, offering serene living while keeping you close to LA’s top attractions: ~10 min drive from popular destinations such as Sunset Junction and Griffith Observatory. Downtown and Hollywood are only ~20 min away. If you prefer to walk, there are the historical public stairs that lead down the hill.
Unwind in the living room, featuring a cozy fireplace and TV, or step out onto the deck patio and soak in the panoramic scenery while enjoying your morning coffee. Off the living room you'll find a dining area with the best Mountain and City views and the fully equipped kitchen. The lower level offers 2 bedrooms open to the expansive deck overlooking the neighborhood hill.
Located in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood, this home is minutes from the vibrant Sunset Strip, Silver Lake, and Los Feliz Village, where you’ll find an array of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and entertainment. - No party allowed

- No pushing against the guardrail
- Watch out for kids if they want to use the deck
- No smoking or BBQ as the house is located in fire hazard zone
*VERY HIGH FIRE HAZARD ZONE. Smoking is strictly prohibited especially in all outdoor space including the deck.
*CHILDREN ARE WELCOME BUT please note that this is on the hillside and we have stairs in the house, which could carry a risk to children. Similarly the deck may not be suitable for children for safety risks. So while we certainly welcome children, we are aware that this house is not kid-friendly comparably and not child-proofed in anyway. We want the guest to be fully aware of this before considering our property.
*GUEST SUITE RENTERS. There is a guest suite below the main house which is rented separately and has a separate entrance. You won't share spaces with guests staying in this unit.
*STREET PARKING ONLY. Street cleaning every other week on Wednesday from 10am to 12pm. During street cleaning hours, street parking is available on Mayview Dr and Franklin Ave.

Spectacular view. Central location for Los Feliz and surrounding area. Adequate accommodations. Unit was largely functional, however, it needs updating and maintenance (new paint, updated LR furniture, more outlets, …. There was only one outlet in main BA which was far from the vanity). Kitchen could use more cutting knives.
This is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Air Concierge was very responsive to our requests.
Stunning view is totally accurate and the terrace was lovely. However, the internet didn’t work at all while we were there. The admittedly corporate host company was very responsive but weren’t able to fix it. Also, the main sink in the kitchen made a terrible noise. Had some nice amenities though like a Bluetooth speaker and a dishwasher. So overall, it was a gorgeous view but some of the experience inside was slightly janky.
