A great place to stay.

House is adorable, very clean. Perfect location to Stanford, where my husband had surgery. Communication with Air Concierge property management was wonderful. They were very quick to answer any requests, questions I had. Because my husband ran into complications after surgery, they were extremely helpful in extending my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Best of all, it is within walking distance to several restaurants and very close to Starbucks! I would definitely recommend.

Air Concierge was responsive and very helpful. I did appreciate that. They allowed an early check in and were kind. Easy check in and check out were a plus. The location was great. The actual home was not as pictured. We felt like we were staying in someone’s home when they were out of town. There was a lot of personal items in the rooms/closets and under the bed. It was mostly in containers, but definitely did not feel like a typical vacation home. The owner’s car was parked too far back so we could not use the driveway. The photos make the home look better than it was. The bed in the second room was so high off the ground, you needed a step stool. This is not obvious per the photos. The decor was ok. The house just did not feel pristinely clean. Also, I booked for a 8 nights, and there was only a few rolls of toilet paper and barely enough garbage bags. Overall, the house was functional, the a/c worked great, and the couch really comfy. For the price, it could be maintained better.

The property had significant cleanliness issues, with dust throughout. The old furniture and carpets led to skin irritation for our group. The kitchen was poorly equipped with dated appliances and expired food, and the beds were uncomfortable and oddly arranged.

This is the worst host I can ever imagine. A lots of ants and host try to clean once but ants still there and host expected guest to clean it. Terrible experience

I agree with other reviewers this place needs a deep clean and refresh. I wish I had read more closely before booking. The hosts were very responsive and fixed two more urgent things including a leaky HVAC and a completely unusable backyard but they didn’t tend to the overall dustiness (cobwebs), untidiness (loads of debris under appliances), scuffed, packed cabinets and dirty walls and sticky floors. We asked to rearrange our stay and ultimately just settled in and made the best of it — taking walks, going out, and spending most of our time in the back sunny room or bedroom. Ginny was very responsive even though she didn’t ultimately accommodate our request to change. She sent over repair ppl and generally I knew I could always rely on a quick answer. I recommend checking back in with this property after some time and a refresh! We knew the furniture and decor would be dated but in the pictures it looked dated and well maintained and cared for - that’s not how we experienced it.

Great location, comfortable place with well stocked kitchen. A bit more dated than photos; outside landscaping rather sad.
