Guests have full, private access to the entire home, pool, hot tub, backyard, and parking. The indoor fireplace is decorative only (not for use).

Pool heating available upon request (extra fee: $150 for first day, $100/day thereafter; limited to 84°F). Spa heating included and available on demand. Shallow pool and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool.

Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules.

Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
