Very nice property with a few restaurants in walking distance, downtown is a short drive away as are trails etc. Outside area is lovely with lots and lots of space, great pool. Lots of space in front for cars.
Location is great, quiet street close to strip. Close to palm dessert and close to airport. No airplane noise here. We had 3 kids , under 1 , 2, and 4 year old. Home was great layout and south facing sunny yard. Pool had shallow end for kids and covered patio. Kitchen is well stocked . Lots of room in the house. Would recommended to families
Great stay! Beautiful home very close to downtown Palm Springs
I hate to write a mildly negative review for this place. I think it could be five stars but our experience was different. Upon check-in, the property smelled musty and stale. There were some insects inside. Some of the dishware was dirty. The refrigerator had an ice maker that was frozen solid near the dispensing area. The bedding in the master had stains. Overall, the place just needed a deep clean and some maintenance. The host offered to help but we thought we would rather deal with the inconveniences than have strangers in the property with us while trying to relax. We loved the pool. However, we’re bother twice while using it on Saturday (the day following the 4th of July). Once by the gardener / landscaper and then again a few hours later by the pool cleaning services. Also, this property requires that the host stop by to meet you. We understand this. But the gentleman scheduled a time to meet and then was late. Other pros: internet speed, water pressure and neighborhood.
Loved our stay here. Easy check-in process, though they do have to stop by once you’re settled in to meet you in-person and gather some info but didn’t take more than 5-10 minutes (Palm Springs Law) and super friendly. The hosts were extremely responsive via the Airbnb messaging platform. Everything was as pictured and described and they had a fully stocked kitchen (utensils) and had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub, misters, bbq grill, lots of lawn space, 4 chaise loungers, parking for 3 vehicles, including 1 EV charging. A/C worked great but the kitchen tends to get hot and hard to keep cool, but more reason to keep people out of there. Great location to restaurants and about a 7-10 minute ride to downtown. Plus 2 cruiser bikes and helmets and lots of fun pool toys! Really can’t complain and a great backdrop of the mountains, even an outdoor shower and enough room for 6 to sleep comfortably. Well-appointed basic amenities too. Would be happy to stay here again.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
