Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the downtown area. Clean and spacious for our group. Upstairs had two primary’s, one with a balcony and ocean view.

This house is excellent. There were four of us on a quick business trip, had clients over one night and enjoyed the fireplace out back.Linens, kitchenware and all the amenities were great and appreciated.Plenty of ice in the freezer.These hosts thought of everything.Block and a half from an amazing view and surf as well.All around an A.Thank you for having us,Walt

We hada great holiday stay with our entire famiy. Facility, location, and view was amazing! Communication with the host was quck an effecient. Although, we did have one maitenance problem during our stay and it was resolved very effeciently and in a timely manner.

We had an enjoyable stay at this Sunset Cliffs property. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We were very busy with family events in the area so we didn’t have as much time to enjoy the house as we would have liked. We never got to try the fire pit or get to do the area attractions - so we’ll have to come back! We did get in a few walks along Sunset Cliffs (just 2 blocks away!) and that was fun. It also rained pretty much every day we were there so that also limited our activities. If you’re looking for a comfortable property in a safe neighborhood, close to the water and that feels like home, then this is the place!

This house is truly beautiful with gorgeous views. There has unfortunately been some lack of attention to detail with cleaning, some outlets didn’t work, and the check out time is incorrect on the paperwork inside the home. Also we may just be clumsy but I thought there were quite a bit of trip hazards inside the home. Despite minor inconveniences, it was a great vacation home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Just wanna say thank you air concierge. My family and I had a great experience staying here. The house was beautiful with fire places. The sunset cliff was also walkable 5 mins away. Everything was close by where we didn’t have to go anywhere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t regret it I promise!

Returning guest. Daniel & Co. have been phenomenally consistent. From the moment that I booked the house, to pre-arrival, during our stay; the team’s engagement was impeccable. The team made it possible for me to check-in earlier than planned; which I fully appreciate. Because this was our second stay, the house feels like a “home” to me and my family. We loved this house!! We were in town for a wedding with a group coming from all over the country. The patio and backyard were perfect for sitting around and catching up. The master bedroom patio has an awesome ocean view and was super spacious. We could not have asked for more! A perfect weekend!

We had an enjoyable stay at this Sunset Cliffs property. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We were very busy with family events in the area so we didn’t have as much time to enjoy the house as we would have liked. We never got to try the fire pit or get to do the area attractions - so we’ll have to come back! We did get in a few walks along Sunset Cliffs (just 2 blocks away!) and that was fun. It also rained pretty much every day we were there so that also limited our activities. If you’re looking for a comfortable property in a safe neighborhood, close to the water and that feels like home, then this is the place!

This house is truly beautiful with gorgeous views. There has unfortunately been some lack of attention to detail with cleaning, some outlets didn’t work, and the check out time is incorrect on the paperwork inside the home. Also we may just be clumsy but I thought there were quite a bit of trip hazards inside the home. Despite minor inconveniences, it was a great vacation home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

The place was great! The pictures matched the description perfectly, and the neighborhood was wonderful everything we needed was within arm’s reach. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the downtown area. Clean and spacious for our group. Upstairs had two primary’s, one with a balcony and ocean view.

This house is excellent. There were four of us on a quick business trip, had clients over one night and enjoyed the fireplace out back.Linens, kitchenware and all the amenities were great and appreciated.Plenty of ice in the freezer.These hosts thought of everything.Block and a half from an amazing view and surf as well.All around an A.Thank you for having us,Walt

We hada great holiday stay with our entire famiy. Facility, location, and view was amazing! Communication with the host was quck an effecient. Although, we did have one maitenance problem during our stay and it was resolved very effeciently and in a timely manner.

Just wanna say thank you air concierge. My family and I had a great experience staying here. The house was beautiful with fire places. The sunset cliff was also walkable 5 mins away. Everything was close by where we didn’t have to go anywhere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t regret it I promise!

We loved this house!! We were in town for a wedding with a group coming from all over the country. The patio and backyard were perfect for sitting around and catching up. The master bedroom patio has an awesome ocean view and was super spacious. We could not have asked for more! A perfect weekend!

This property follows Air Concierge Inc’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
