Simple and comfortable 2-bedroom 1-bathroom (with bathtub) located walking distance to UCLA and Westwood Village.
Features private patio, window air conditioner in the master, queen bed, 2 twin beds (or 1 king bed if you put them together) in the guest bedroom, one Smart TV, wireless internet, range, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, ceramic coffee dripper, crock pot and electric grill.
Building with 24-hour security guard, fitness center, pool/hot tub, sauna, large laundry room.
Tennis courts, jogging trail, basketball hoops, playground, BBQ grills and picnic tables across the street at Westwood Park.
No parties. No smoking. Lots of peace and quiet here. No pets, sorry.

You will have the entire apartment unit to yourself. The unit is equipped with WiFi and Coin-operated washer and dryer is available in the building.

We are happy to offer EV charging on-site! Because the community currently shares just two charging stations, we kindly ask that you follow these quick guidelines to ensure everyone has a chance to power up:
Time Limit: Charging is limited to a maximum of 5 hours per vehicle.
Move When Complete: Once your vehicle has finished charging, please move it to a regular parking spot immediately so other residents and guests can use the station.

Cozy apartment and clean. Host was great and communication was prompt. Smooth check in and checkout. The building was highly secure and very quite. The apartment had Ac units and a parking spot in the garage. Our stay was great and we would highly recommend it.
I was in LA for a scientific meeting for 8 weeks and enjoyed the stay. The flat is walking distance to UCLA. A highlight is the pool I used every evening to relax.
