This place is not suitable for children/infants. Please contact us for more information. It’s definitely downtown city living! The convenience of being steps from the train and trolley station brings all the sounds with it. Within walking distance of countless restaurants, culture and tourist attractions, though expect to see some homeless along the way. It is relatively minimal around our building, but the further east and north you go into the city, the more prevalent it becomes. So many wonderful waterfront restaurants and museums to enjoy, but the occasional cannonball firing from the local pirate ship on a Sunday afternoon can catch you off guard at first. *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

This is a beautiful and convenient two bedroom unit, equipped for an extended stay. Despite being downtown the unit is well insulated and we never had noise issues. The location is a block and a half from the harborfront and if you head north you are in the Little Italy section and if you head southeast you are in the gaslamp district. Walk to Petco Park. The building has friendly 24 hour front desk and concierge service ( to receive packages or answer questions) and this unit offers two side-by-side parking spaces underground. You are right across the street from the train station so if you want to head up the coast to any of the beach communities, you can. The unit is well equipped and has beautiful views of the harbor and of downtown. On our visit, we had an initial glitch with the cleaning contractor who prepared the unit for us and a broken television but a single call to the agent and everything was fixed right away. Recommended.

Our stay in the Electra building exceeded our expectations. The unit was delivered clean, organized, and stocked with a supply of consumables that made the first days of our stay easy. All the bedding was comfortable with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. A large supply of soft towels for bathing, poolside or time in the exercise room was appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with excellent quality flatware, glasses, and a wide selection of cooking gear. The book prepared by Air Concierge had all sorts of helpful information on the unit and local attractions. The unit has a spectacular unobstructed view of the San Diego harbor to the west and the city scape to the north and east. Building amenities were well maintained and available. The location makes most downtown attractions walkable. The train and trolly stations are located adjacent to the Electra Building. If the windows are open the sound can be annoying. Closing the windows eliminates the noise. A great place to stay!
We were very happy with this rental. The unit was well furnished in a beautiful building and the AirBnb people were very helpful. Always responsive.
Great place great host! The home is not only well equipped but also extremely well organized, making it a very comfortable home away from home. They even thought of little details like having ziplock bags, tinfoil, and starter packs of seasoning, cooking oil etc. Making it easy to prep ands store meals. The apartment itself happen to be very baby-friendly which made it easy for our 10-month to roam the place freely and safely, and came fully equipped with plenty of cleaning supplies, making it easy for us to keep the unit clean and tidy. They were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The location was fabulous, only minutes away from the harbour. Walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. The pool amenities were fabulous and not very busy. And finally the balconies offered breathtaking views of the city and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Would happily stay here again.
The views from 3303 are impressive, and the photos are accurate. The condo location can’t be beat as it’s next to the city’s major transit hub and within walking distance of all that Little Italy and the Marina District have to offer. The airport 992 bus stops just across the street and is very convenient. The beds are comfortable, and the showers work well. The kitchen is nicely stocked, and we appreciated the foil, food wrap, storage bags and cleaning supplies left in the cabinets. A thoughtful and nice touch. Anna from Air Concierge is a great host who helped us to resolve issues adequately. I’m a light sleeper, and you will hear some noise from the trains and trolleys, but it’s manageable with the doors closed at night. In summary, we enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend staying here.
Incredible views, great communication from the host, and super clean apartment. The pool and jacuzzi were huge bonuses to have for use during the stay, will be back

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Air Concierge Inc will match it.
