► Outdoor Oasis: The newly upgraded outdoor BBQ area includes a small fridge, a food prep table with storage, and an outdoor dining table on an enclosed patio adorned with palms and colorful flowers. For evening relaxation, gather around the cozy wood fire table. There's also a sandbox for kids adjacent to the BBQ area, perfect for family fun.
► Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The home offers two bedrooms—one with a Queen bed, and the second with a Queen bed and a Twin bunk bed, perfect for families. There is a Pack n Play available for families with small kids. Both bedrooms share one full bathroom (shower only) and there is one half bathroom outside in the laundry room.

-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
-One adult dog up to 30lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE:
-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
-Keep them on leash while outside the home.

-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

Great location with a 5 minute walk into town. The property is older but well situated near both the beach and downtown Carlsbad.
Had a great stay with my 3 kids. The location is great; 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown. The host provided a lot of useful beach items like umbrellas and beach chairs.
Great hosts. Very responsive and attentive. Pictures show the furniture and layout as described. All is functional.
