Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. -It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed. -Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.

Amazing place to enjoy the heart of Seattle
The Alaskan condo is an excellent place to stay in Seattle, especially for travelers who value convenience and safety with private parking especially our SUV car. The location is outstanding, with easy access to public transportation, major roads, and popular attractions such as downtown, the waterfront, and Pike Place Market. Host is so responsive.
Wonderful location so close to Pike’s market and a lot of great restaurants. Check-in was easy and very accommodating on a checkout late for my son. Felt completely safe being a first-time visitor and will definitely be back and try to book the same location. Air concierge was wonderful.
This is the fourth time I've stayed at this property for when I'm working in the Seattle area. It feels like my home away from home! Always safe, comfortable and so walkable to the surrounding areas. I'll be back in the Spring next year for another stay!
Enjoyed the visit to Seattle.
The condo was very nice and quiet . It is located right on the waterfront near great parks and restaurants and the aquarium and only a few minutes walking from the Pike Street market. We parked our car in the garage and never used it. We took an Uber or Lyft to whatever we wanted to go and it was inexpensive, stress free, and we didn’t have to find parking wherever we went. Our host was very responsive to questions. The condo was clean and extremely comfortable. I rated it a 5 but would have gone higher if I could have.

Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings

Date Changes & Rebooking
