If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)

2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

Security deposit — $300 (Air Concierge). This property requires a refundable $300 security deposit, required by Air Concierge as the property manager. Before check-in, a $300 hold is placed on your card through our secure guest portal — a hold is not a charge, and no money is taken unless there is a documented claim. Check-in is not completed until the hold is placed. The hold is renewed automatically while your stay is covered and is released after check-out when there is no documented claim, no later than 9 days after check-out.

Building/HOA fines are often assessed 1 to 14 days after check-out. The deposit may be used only for documented amounts arising from your stay, including building/HOA fines actually assessed for a violation during your stay (for example, not waiting for the parking garage door to close — a $150 building fine), or damage. If a documented amount is assessed after the hold has been released, you authorize it to be charged to the card on file, with the building's notice provided to you.

The building requires the renter to complete its short-term rental form before check-in and to check in in person at the building office with photo ID matching the reservation.

You'll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. Before check-in we'll send you the building's short-term rental form to complete and sign digitally.

Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.
