  1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)
  2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

‼️ This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.

You'll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we'll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.

Great location with easy walkability to Pike Place market and other fun cafes and restaurants nearby. FIFA World Cup action was taking place on the pier just in front of the building which was a fun extra.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and so comfortable. This is a great location right on the waterfront and just a stair climb to Pike Place market. Lots of activity around, but the building is private and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle. The unit was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. It was also thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home during our trip. One of our favorite features was the central A/C, which kept the condo comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and Pike Place Market. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience made this an excellent home base for exploring the city. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.
