***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. You'll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we'll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume to a minimum. The neighbors below us are most impacted by noise. We request that guests remove shoes upon entry, and especially avoid wearing high heels on the tile floor.

It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.

There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.

In the roughly three months of Seattle weather, where it is/can be hot, you MUST avoid this place. It says it has air conditioning but it most certainly does not! There's a tiny little unit, that blows lukewarm dirty-air, that's connected into a window. If it's 82 degrees outside, it'll be 90 degrees inside. This little unit is as far away from the bedroom as it can be. You'll burn up at night. Even though it's cool at night, the little unit traps in hot air. Non-circulating warm air, at night, triggers migraine headaches for me. My head hurt badly the second night that I ended up in the ER for four hours. I left the next day to go to a hotel with air-conditioning. If you, at all, value air-conditioning in the Summer, avoid this apartment like the plague. If you have allergies, avoid it like the black plague. If you enjoy comfort, during Seattle's hot months, just plain avoid this place, period! If you had a heart attack here, the owner would likely find a way to add a fee. I have a case open w/ VRBO over the VRBO expense, ER expense and the double expense of having to go to a hotel. Oh, and the management of this property is thoroughly inept. When I checked in, they didn't have a clue where their own parking was. If you want to rent from unethical people, this is the your place all year long! I won't add photos because no one wants to see a person in their underwear because they're so hot or a person crying because their head hurts so badly!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
