Alaskan Way will be reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access will remain open. Public transportation, Uber/Lyft are great options to move around. There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume to a minimum. The neighbors below us are most impacted by noise. Best location and quality of an Air bnb that we’ve ever had!
The property was waterfront, very close to downtown Pike's Market. Clean & quiet. Secure underground parking. Friendly helpful staff. Everything needed in the kitchen was provided, including the all important morning coffee! Lime e-scooters & e-bikes right outside the property. We enjoyed ourselves there. Thank you!

We had booked this as an anniversary trip. Air Concierge is a separate business than the condos in which this unit was located - this made for an incredibly complicated and convoluted process AFTER I had already paid for the place in full via AirBnB (the third entity in all of this). This was a non refundable booking and none of this extra paperwork was clear when I booked via AirBnB. I was required to fill out a number of additional agreements with upsells and additional fees from the HOA at the condo and had a difficult time getting clarity about this from Air Concierge. I am still waiting to receive the several hundred dollar refundable fees plus several additional fees that I was assured by Air Concierge that I would get back. The apartment was fine. Well located, easy access to Pike Place, etc once we were able to get the keys. No central AC - the small window unit really struggled but opening the windows at night helped. Everything about the place itself was good/ as advertised.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the check-in process. When we arrived, we were told the wait would be 5–10 minutes. However, we ended up waiting 52 minutes in the hot sun, along with several other guests. This was not only uncomfortable, but also a frustrating start to what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. For a rental that totaled $3,059.47, I felt the $32 compensation offered did not adequately reflect the inconvenience we experienced. I understand that delays can happen, but nearly an hour of waiting—especially under those conditions—should have been handled with more consideration and a more reasonable adjustment. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving future guest experiences.
Incredible AirBnB along the newly redone waterfront in downtown Seattle. The apartment was more spacious than expected. It was very clean and well appointed, including coffee and creamer, toiletries, and laundry detergent. We appreciated the darkening blinds in the bedroom, the comfortable furniture, the air conditioning/fan, the balcony with waterfront view, and the Jack and Jill bathroom. It was a 5 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the Aquarium. We even walked to the Space Needle and local restaurants. After checking out, we dropped our luggage off at the Purple Store luggage storage in Pike’s Place and kept exploring. This was one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed at and we’d love to return!
This is a lovely condo -- Very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. It is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market, Lumen Field, the Aquarium, Pioneer Square, and the ferry dock. The underground parking was especially appreciated! Air conditioning is a portable unit, but it worked fairly well during the recent hot spell. The only change I would suggest to the unit is to replace the loveseat with a full-size couch.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Air Concierge Inc will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
