Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms across two levels. Four queen bedrooms and a bunk room give your group room to spread out. The living room has an electric fireplace, Smart TV with streaming, and opens to the deck. Three Smart TVs total (living room, master, and upstairs).

Full kitchen built for real cooking. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ☕ toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and a full set of pots, pans, and utensils. Wine glasses and opener. Pantry basics (salt, pepper, seasonings) provided. Dining table seats six.

In winter: Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood are all close by.
