Filled with natural light, plants, and a fun, bohemian energy, our historic 1922 home provides plenty of space for families and groups to relax. The bright, stylish living room is equipped with a Smart TV for all your streaming needs, a ceiling fan, and books and toys for the little ones. When it's time to rest, the home features four unique sleeping areas to accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed ideal for couples, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed that kids or teens will love. The third bedroom provides a cozy twin bed for a solo traveler, and the fourth bedroom includes a queen sofa bed, doubling as a flexible lounge or sleeping space. To help everyone get ready for the day, the home also includes two full bathrooms with modern fixtures.

Kitchen & Dining
Whether you want to cook up a full family feast or just brew your morning cup, the kitchen is completely equipped for your stay. You will find modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. We provide all the culinary essentials, from a coffee maker and hot water kettle to a toaster, blender, and a full set of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also find wine glasses, a wine opener, silverware, dinnerware, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and seasonings ready for use. For our youngest guests, a highchair is conveniently available.

Step outside to soak in the Southern California weather and beautiful local scenery. The property boasts lovely, elevated views of the Highland Park hills that you can enjoy right from the spacious deck and patio area. There is also a relaxing lawn space and a gas BBQ grill, making it the perfect spot for outdoor cooking, morning coffee, and evening hangouts with your group.

You are located in the heart of Highland Park, one of Los Angeles' most vibrant and historic neighborhoods. Known for its creative energy, you are just a short distance from York Boulevard and Figueroa Street, home to trendy coffee shops, incredible taco trucks, vintage boutiques, and highly-rated restaurants. You are also perfectly positioned for quick drives to Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Dodger Stadium, and Downtown LA.

Guest Access & Parking
Checking in is completely seamless with our secure digital keypad for self check-in. For parking, there is one dedicated spot in the single driveway, which also features a powerful plug for Electric Vehicle charging. If you are bringing additional vehicles, free street parking is readily available on Vista Place.

Good to Know
While this 1922 home retains its historic Los Angeles character, it is packed with modern upgrades for your comfort. The home features central heating and air conditioning, plus ceiling fans and an additional portable A/C unit to keep you perfectly comfortable year-round. An in-unit washer and dryer are conveniently located in the back room on the way to the yard. We happily welcome one well-behaved pet, though please note that guests are responsible for any damages. Finally, if you are traveling for work or an extended period, you are welcome to receive mail and packages during your stay.
